Over the Foundation’s 60-year history, we have raised tens of millions of dollars for scholarships and for the advancement of dozens of College programs. Our work is driven primarily by volunteers—civic leaders who believe that a strong community college is essential to San Francisco’s cultural fabric and a vital contributor to the Bay Area’s economic strength.
City College is fortunate to have extraordinary faculty and staff who care deeply about their students and who work tirelessly to shape brighter futures every day. The Foundation’s Directors and Auxiliary members share that same commitment. We give our time, resources, and expertise because we believe in the transformative power of education and in the limitless potential of every CCSF student.
